Application of Peer Counseling in Psychological Counseling of Athletes

为了提高运动心理咨询的效率,促进运动心理咨询的发展,研究提出了在运动心理咨询中引入朋辈咨询的设想。从运动员朋辈心理咨询的意义,朋辈心理咨询员的组成、选拔与培训,运动员朋辈咨询的形式和内容,朋辈咨询过程中要注意的问题等方面,论证了朋辈心理咨询在运动员心理咨询中应用的必要性和可行性,以期为我国运动心理咨询的开展提供一种新的思路。

In order to improve the efficiency of sports psychological counseling and the development of sports counseling,the paper proposes to introduce the peer counseling into sports counseling.The paper discusses the significance of athlete peer counseling,form,selection and training of peer counselor,form and content of athlete peer counseling and problems of the peer counseling.The paper also discusses the necessity and feasibility of application of peer counseling in athletes psychological counseling to provide reference for sports psychological counseling in China.
