A Review:Potential Economic Strategic Value of the “Arctic Passage”

北极航道的开通不仅会改变世界海洋运输格局,而且会对国际贸易格局和区域经济的发展带来广泛而深远的影响。对北极航道开通的潜在经济战略价值进行了系统的归纳和总结,首先介绍了北极航道航运价值方面的研究现状,这里存在着两种截然不同的观点,并从定性分析和定量分析角度对这两种观点进行分类阐述;然后,分别总结了北极航道开通影响贸易潜力和北极航道开通影响影响区域经济发展方面的研究成果;最后从研究视角、研究内容和研究方法上对当前的研究成果进行评价,并指出了可进一步探讨突破的空间。

The opening of the Arctic Passagewill not only cocean transportation, but also has wide and far-reachinghange the pattern of world impact on the pattern ofinternational trade and regional economic development. This paper puts emphasis on asystematic induction and summary of potentialeconomic strategic value of the ArcticPassage.Firstly, the review of the marine transportation value has received extensivecoverage in this article. There exist two different points of view in this part, which areclassified and explained from the angles of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.Then, it discussed the impacts of the Arctic passage on the trade potential and thedevelopment of regional economy. Finally it carried on the summary to comprehensivelycomment on the current results from the research perspective, research content andresearch method. At the same time it pointed out the research space which can be extendedin future.
