摘要
从山东省海洋渔业发展的实际与时代背景出发,针对近海水域渔业资源枯竭化、生态环境功能衰退化等对渔业的可持续发展和生态文明构成重大威胁等诸多问题,提出拓展海洋渔业发展空间,推进浅海底栖渔业资源开发的战略设想。该战略的实施将对山东省传统养殖结构升级换代,进一步有效利用海洋空间资源,山东省海洋渔业的健康可持续发展具有重大意义。
Against the background of currentfishery situation and the background of thetimes, it is particularly urgent to expand the fishery development space of Shandongprovince, because of the serious problems in the development of the fishing industry at thisstage, such as food security, exhaustion drying up of fishery resources and environmentaldeterioration. To develop ground-fish fishery resources and expand the fishery developmentspace of Shandong are effective measures for easing the current bottleneck in thedevelopment of marine fishery. The effective implementation of the strategy has prominentsignificance for adjusting fishery structure, reasonably utilizing fishery resources,enhancing fishery profits and so on.
