我国填海造地对拓展空间的贡献分析

Analysis ofthe Contribution of the Reclaiming Land from the Sea to Extending Space in China

从落实国家战略、区域发展优化布局以及沿海地区新增建设用地等方面,分析我国填海造地对拓展空间的贡献,认为填海造地对经济社会发展和人类生存的保障作用不容忽视。建议现阶段管理部门、科研机构和社会各界共同为之努力的主线应统一到如何科学、适度填海造地,加强节约集约利用,改进施工工艺和平面设计,以及最大程度减少资源环境的损耗上来。

The article analyzed the contribution of reclaiming from the sea to extendingspace in China, based on the following three aspects： implementation of nationaldevelopment strategies, optimization of the layout of coastal regional development, andincreasing the coastal land for construction. The article concluded that the role ofthereclamation in the economic and social development and the protection of humansubsistence cannot be ignored. The article suggested that management departments,research institutions and the community should focus their effort on how to reclaim landfrom the sea in a scientific and moderate way, strengthen economical and intensiveutilization, improve construction techniques and graphic design, and minimize the loss ofresources and the environment.
