湖北某高碳石煤焙烧工艺研究

摘要 目前从石煤中提取钒的工艺对于石煤本身发热值有较高要求,高发热值石煤无法直接用于提钒生产。本文对湖北某高发热值石煤通过与风化石煤矿混合焙烧进行了多因素焙烧条件试验,并考察了添加剂的加入对钒转浸率的影响。试验表明,矿石在880℃下焙烧2 h后在1.5:1的液固比条件下用4 g/l硫酸溶液浸出1 h,钒转浸率可达80%以上。实现高发热值石煤直接利用,达到降低前处理能耗,节能环保的目的。 At present, there are higher requirements for stone coal calorific value to extract vanadium from stone coal. High heating value coal can not be directly used for the production of vanadium. This paper launched multi-factor roasting condition tests for a Hubei high calorific value stone coal with weathered coal gangue and studied the effects of adding additives on vanadium leaching rate. The experiment results showed that the leaching rate of vanadium in 2H solution is more than 80% when the ore is calcined at 880 4g/l and 1H solution is used in 1.5:1. To achieve the direct utilization of a high calorific value coal can reduce energy consumption of the pretreatment and realize energy conservation and environmental protection.
