从场域和习性看区域环境与青年择业行为——以绍兴市柯桥区为例

摘要 青年是经济和社会发展的重要力量,而青年就业问题已成为制约这股积极力量充分发挥的首要症结。以布迪厄关于场域和习性相关的理论来阐述区域环境和青年择业行为的内涵,并以绍兴市柯桥区为例,解析了区域环境与青年择业行为之间相互作用的关系。区域环境通过就业知识信息、择业价值观念、父辈建议等影响着当地青年的择业,其本质是区域环境内含的场域孕育出来的与之相匹配的系列性情体系"惯习",并再生产着这种场域,延续和加深着人们对原来环境的依赖。后果是观念与体制、场域和惯习之间的脱节,降低了人们抵御危机的能力。 Youth is very important to the development of economy and society. However, their positive effects are weakening because of the difficult situation for youth to find a proper job. Firstly, the article expatiates on the meaning of regional environment and action of career selection by using Bourdieu's theory.Through the analysis on the Shaoxing County, we can see the regional environment has a deep effect on young people's concept and their career placements. Essentially, there is kind of field which creates habitus to limit people's behaviors and recreate this kind of field. As a consequence, it leaves us the disjunction between the field and habitus and the disjunction between the system and conception, which will both cause crisis.
