高职院校如何实现高质量的职业指导——以闽西职业技术学院为例

当前高校毕业生就业面临着结构性矛盾突出、有业不就、就业稳定性差等就业问题。开展职业指导工作的研究,提高职业指导水平,实现高质量的就业是高校就业工作的重要课题。以闽西职业技术学院在职业指导方面所做的工作为例,可以通过建立一套行之有效的、完善的、高效率的职业指导机构和服务平台,建设一支"专业化、专家化"的职业指导队伍,构建"全程化、阶段化、个性化"的职业指导课程体系,进而拓宽职业指导思路,切实提高职业指导质量。

Current employment of college graduates faces severe problems, including acute structural contradictions, vacancies without employment and poor employment stability. It is an important topic of college employment to carry out vocational guidance work, improve the level of vocational guidance, and realize higher quality of employment. Taking the vocational guidance work in Minxi Vocational and Technical College as an example, it proposed to establish a set of effective and perfect vocational guidance and service platform, of a specialized career guidance team with experts, of career guidance curriculum system, thus broaden the concepts of vocational guidance, and effectively improve the quality of vocational guidance.
