摘要
中国正处于社会转型时期,生活节奏、外界环境、组织结构等都发生了巨大的变革,企业员工承受的职场压力日渐繁重,过度的压力会给一个人的思想和身体造成巨大伤害。在构建和谐社会和和谐家庭的大背景下,缓解企业员工的职场压力势在必行,制定职业压力管理方案,开展企业EAP帮扶项目,实施预防性的保健计划,才能切实有效提高员工的身心健康。
In the period of social transformation in China, great changes have taken place in the pace of life, external environment, and organizational structure, etc. Enterprise employees generally work under great pressure. Appropriate stress can inspire people's inner potential and have a positive effect, but excessive pressure will cause harm to a person's mind and body.Under the background of building a harmonious society and harmonious family, it is imperative to alleviate the occupational pressure of employees. The paper proposed to formulate occupational stress management program, carry out enterprise employee assistance program, and implement preventative health care plan, so as to effectively improve the employees' physical and mental health.
