中医与循证医学:从理论到实践

Evidence-based medicine and traditional Chinese medicine:From theory to practice

近年来,循证医学蓬勃发展,使临床医生的诊疗决策有据可循。中医疗效评价的科学性是中医现代化和全球化的瓶颈问题。文章探究循证医学与中医学的共同属性,并以医学实例加以阐释;追溯中医学与循证医学的渊源,提出中医药研究引入循证医学的必要性;剖析中医循证研究的现状并提出对策,从方法学上阐述循证医学可以作为中医临床疗效评价的切入点,可能为中医疗效评价的瓶颈问题找到出路。

The booming of evidence-based medicine in the recent years provides solid evidence fordecision making of diagnosis and treatment for clinicians.The scientific of effective evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） is the bottleneck problem of the modernization and globalization of TCM.This paper explores the common properties of evidencebased medicine and TCM based on the medical examples,traces the origin of evidence-based medicine and TCM,puts forward the necessity of bringing TCM researches in evidence-based medicine,and analyzes the current situation of evidence-based medicine researches.Evidence-based medicine can be as the entry point of the evaluation of therapeutic effect of TCM based on the methodology,which may find an outlet for the bottleneck problem of TCM.
