名中医冠心病(胸痹心痛)医案病机信息提取及分析

Analysis and extraction on pathogenesis information of coronary heart disease in medical records of famous TCM doctors

目的:研究名中医对冠心病(胸痹心痛)病机的基本认识。方法:收集整理当代名中医447则冠心病医案,运用多重响应交叉表、最优尺度分析方法,提取冠心病的基本病机及常见组合类型,分析病机之间的内在关系。结果:本虚标实类病机比例最高,病机组合类型繁多,呈现一定规律,最优尺度分析提示病机组合间关系并非完全密切。结论:运用多重响应交叉表、最优尺度分析可以揭示名中医认识病机的规律,对指导临床辨治有重要意义。

Objective：To study the basic viewpoints of famous TCM doctors on pathogenesis of coronary heart disease.Methods：447 medical records of coronary heart disease from contemporary famous doctors were collected and arranged.The basic pathogeneses,common combination types were extracted and the internal relations among pathogenesis were analyzed by using multiple responses cross table and optimal scaling analysis.Results：The proportion of pathogenesis of deficiency in root and excess in superficiality was the highest,and with various combination types of pathogeneses which showed some of regularity.The results of optimal scaling analysis remindedthat the relations among pathogenesis combinations were not close absolutely.Conclusion：Multiple responses cross table and optimal scaling analysis could indicate the rule of pathogenesis understood by famous TCM doctors,which have an important significance in quidinq the syndrome differentiation in clinical.
