虞抟论治虚劳特色探析

YU Tuan's characteristic therapy for consumptive disease

明代医家虞抟著有《医学正传》,该书对虚劳论治颇有特色。通过对该书和相关文献的研究分析,发现其善于结合临证体悟,阐发经典医籍论治虚劳之要旨,并能融合朱丹溪、刘完素、李东垣等先贤的学术经验,从疾病轻重程度、病证特点及传染性等方面将虚劳分为虚损和劳极来论治,对虚劳的病因病机、治法方药及传变规律皆有独到之阐发,对现代中医临床论治虚劳类疾病亦有参考和借鉴价值。

YU Tuan was a famous physician in Ming dynasty,and themedical work as Medical Story was written by him,which had certain characteristics on the discussion about consumptive disease.By analyzing this book and relevant literatures,it found that YU Tuan was good at combining clinical and classical the ories to explain the main ideas of consumptive disease treatments in classic medical books,and he considered that the consumptive disease would be differentiated and treated as deficiency disease and extremely debilitating disease according to the disease severity,characteristics of disease and syndromes,and infectiousness based on the academic experience integration of ZHU Dan-xi,LIU Wan-su and LI Dong-yuan.YU Tuan＇s elucidation about etiology and pathogenesis,therapy and formula and rule of disease progress was originally,which would provide a reference to the treatments of consumptive disease in modern Chinese medicine clinical.
