新发现的脊神经节的核团特性在经穴脏腑相关中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 应用细胞内记录、微透析、激光共聚焦显微镜、临床观察等现代多学科技术,在正常与内脏痛动物模型上,首次发现:1两侧脊神经节神经元交互支配,既接受传递躯体觉也接受传递内脏觉;2单、双投射性脊髓背角躯体-内脏觉神经元的会聚特性;3脊神经节具有突触活动,穴位(躯体)与脏腑(内脏)的传入输入在脊髓背角与脊神经节上会聚并整合;4NMDAR-PKC-NO膜信号转导体系调制内脏炎性痛反应。这些发现为中医经穴脏腑相关提供现代科学基础,为提高临床针效提供分子策略。 Researches of visceral pain animal model were studied by using intracellular recording,microdialysis,laser scanning confocal microscope and clinical observation.Some things had been discovered firstly in these studies,which included:①Neurons in both sides of spinal ganglion were reciprocal innervations,and they accepted and transmitted the somatic sensation as well as the visceral sensation;②Somatic-visceral sensation neurons of signal and double projective cornu dorsale medullae spinalis had convergence properties;③There were active tentacles in spinal ganglion,and the efferent and afferent nerves of acupoints and zang-fu viscera were converged and integrated in cornu dorsale medullae spinalis and spinal ganglion;④Visceral inflammatory pain responses were regulated by NMDAR-PKC-NO membrane turn signal conductor.These discoveries not only provided scientific foundation for the researches of meridian points and zang-fu viscera,but also offered molecular strategies for therapeutic effect of acupuncture in clinical.
