槐绛方灌肠治疗急性放射性肠炎的临床研究

Clinical research on Huaijiang Formula enema treatment in acute radiation enteritis

目的:观察槐绛方灌肠治疗急性放射性肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选取盆腹腔恶性肿瘤放疗引起急性放射性肠炎患者63例,随机分两组,治疗组用槐绛方保留灌肠,对照组用0.9%氯化钠溶液,治疗30d后观察治疗前,治疗第10、20、30天中医症状积分、CRP、血尿粪常规、肝肾功能的变化等。结果:治疗组总有效率(93.9%)明显高于对照组(66.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组中医症状积分(腹痛、腹泻、黏液脓血便、里急后重、乏力)、CRP水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);两组治疗前后血尿粪常规、肝肾功能均无显著性差异。结论:槐绛方灌肠能显著提高急性放射性肠炎治疗疗效,改善临床症状,提高生活质量。能明显降低CRP指标,具有抗炎作用。且安全性良好,可用于盆腹腔放疗引起的急性放射性肠炎的治疗。

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Huaijiang Formula enema treatment in acute radiation enteritis.Methods：Sixty-three patients with abdominopelvic cavity malignancies,who had acute radiation enteritis,were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group received Huaijiang Formula enema for 30 d.The control group received only NS enema.The changes of TCM syndrome points,CRP,blood,urine,stool,liver and kidney function before and after the treatment of 10,20,and 30 days between two groups：Results：The total efficiency of the treatment group（93.9%） was significantly higher than the control group（66.6%）（P〈0.05）.After treatment,TCM symptom scores（abdominal pain,diarrhea,pus and mucus,tenesmus,fatigue）,CRP levels were significantly lower than before the treathent（P〈0.05）.Before and after treatment,it showed no significant difference in blood,urine,stool,liver and kidney function.Conclusion：Huaijiang Formula enema significantly improves the treatment efficacy of acute radiation enteritis,clinical symptoms,and quality of life.It could significantly reduce CRP targets,has anti-inflammatory effects.It has good security,and could be used for abdominopelvic cavity radiotherapy-induced acute radiation enteritis treatment.
