云南省与内蒙古自治区奶牛产业发展的比较分析

Comparative Analysis on Development of Dairy Industry of the Yunnan Province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

针对我国南北奶牛产业发展不平衡的现状,选取了云南省和内蒙古自治区作为比照对象。通过资源环境、奶牛存栏量以及养殖规模等方面的比较,指出了云南省奶牛产业发展过程中存在的资源利用不足、养殖规模小等问题,同时也揭示了云南省奶牛产业发展过程中存在的发展优势。最后针对云南省奶牛产业发展过程中存在的问题和比较优势,从资源优势、政府对乳品龙头企业和标准化规模养殖场建设的扶持等方面提出了加快云南省奶牛产业健康发展的建议。

According to the present situation of dairy industry in the development of the South and north area of our country is not balanced,this paper selects the Yunnan province and the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as a comparison object. Through comparing the resource environment,cow herds and breeding scale,it points out that in the development of dairy industry in Yunnan province has underutilization of resources,small dairy farming and other issues. At the same time it also reveals Yunnan province dairy industry has the development advantages in the development process. At last,aiming at problems existing in the development of dairy industry in Yunnan province and comparative advantage,this article puts forward some suggestions to accelerate the healthy development of dairy industry in Yunnan Province from the aspect of resource advantage,the government supports for the leading enterprises and standardized scale farms construction and other aspects.
