关于构建高校践行群众路线长效机制的思考

Focus on Long-term Mechanism Construction of Practicing the Mass Line in University

践行党的群众路线,是一项长期的工作,关键是要形成长效机制。建立高校践行群众路线长效机制,是我们党优良传统在高校的传承,是新形势下高校党建的要求。高校坚持和践行党的群众路线,要把落实党的群众路线教育实践活动一般要求与高校特点结合起来。本文分析了当前高校党员干部作风存在的问题,总结了高校践行群众路线的特点和要求,提出找准践行群众路线长效机制的着力点,为高校践行群众路线常态化提供决策参考。

The practice of the mass line is a long-term work,the point is to form a long-term mechanism. To establish the long-term mechanism of practicing the mass line is our party＇ s excellent traditions inherited in Colleges and Universities,and is also the demand of Party Construction in Colleges and Universities,under the new situation. Insisting and practicing the party＇ s mass line in Colleges and Universities should combine general requirements of educational practice activity of the party＇ s mass line with characteristics of colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the existing problems,sums up the characteristics and requirements of practicing of the mass line,proposes the focal point,in order to provide the reference for the practicing of the mass line in normal colleges and universities.
