机场搬迁引发的城市更新中的“缝合”对策

“Stitching” Strategy for the Relocation of the Airport in Urban Renewal

在回顾国内外机场外迁引发的城市更新实践的基础上,针对机场搬迁遗留的城市空间断裂问题,引入"缝合"理念,提出分层组织要素、重组功能结构、构建功能连接区、疏通城市脉络、重塑历时景观五个更新对策,旨在为机场更新时把握发展机遇、利用地区资源、实现城市与机场共赢、创建有活力的城市新空间提供参考。

Reviewing the urban renewal practice produced by the relocation of the domestic and international airport, this paper aims at the breakage of urban space which is caused by the relocation of the airport. It introduces the concept of ＂stitching＂ and five strategies for the airport renewal： hierarchical organization elements, restructuring function structure, building functional connection area, dredging urban context, and remodeling over time landscape so as to help airport renewal grasp the opportunities for development and utilize regional resources to create new urban space with vitality.
