摘要
为了达到对工业链条炉经济运行节能进一步优化的目的,对漏风单独进行试验并加以分析统计。采用一台DHL14-1.25/130/70型链条炉在70%额定负荷下运行时,人为设置了炉膛、烟道漏风点的方法,结合能效测试设备进行锅炉漏风对炉膛温度、过量空气系数、排烟热损失、化学不完全燃烧损失的影响进行检测,分析锅炉漏风对锅炉热效率的影响。模拟多个漏风位置进行试验分析,找到对锅炉影响最为严重的漏风部位,并提出改进措施,从而达到工业链条炉的经济运行。
In order to achieve the purpose of further optimization of the industrial chain boiler economicoperation energy saving, the air leakage test was tested and analyzed statistically. In view of a DHL14 -1.25/130/70 type chain grate in 70% of the rated load operation,we artificially set a hearth, a flue airleakage points. Combining with test of equipment for energy efficiency of boiler air leakage on the furnacetemperature, excess air coefficient and heat loss due to exhaust gas and chemical incomplete combustionloss effect detection, and by which the influence of air leakage of boiler on boiler thermal efficiency is ana-lyzed. Simulated multiple air leakage locations are tested and analyzed. The most serious air leakage lo-cation influences on the boiler are found, and improvement measures are proposed to achieve the econom-ic operation of the industrial chain boiler.
