准噶尔盆地永进油田井壁稳定钻井液技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 为提高准噶尔盆地永进油田勘探与开发效益,提高探井钻探成功率,通过调研准噶尔盆地永进油田已完钻井井壁失稳现状,分析永进油田井壁失稳地层岩石理化性能,明确了永进油田井壁失稳机理,并据此制订了稳定井壁的钻井液技术措施,研发了铝胺成膜防塌钻井液体系.评价实验表明,铝胺成膜防塌钻井液体系抑制性强,封堵性能好,油层保护性能好,岩心渗透率恢复值达到90%以上,能够满足永进油田井壁稳定及储层保护的需求. In order to improve the efficiencysin, and to raise its success rate ofdrillingof exploration and development of Yongjin Oilfield in Junggar Ba- prospecting well, the mechanism of borehole wall instability inYongjin Oilfield was determined after investigating and researching the present situation of instability wellborewall about drilled well in Yongjin Oilfield and analyzing physical and chemical properties of rock in instabilityformation. The technology measure of borehole stability waswith membrane and anti-caving capability was researchedthe drilling fluid system had high inhibition, high formationformulated, and aluminium and amine drilling fluidand developed. The evaluation experiment showedsealing function and good formation protection func-tion,and the return permeability of core was more than 90%, which could meet the demand of boreholestability and reservoir protection.
