摘要
针对辽河流域水库群运行效率低、供水能力弱、没有考虑生态供水的现状,结合流域水资源综合规划中的相关引水工程,重新梳理了水库群的各项供水指标,增添了水库群的生态供水任务,提出了面向生态的流域水库群与引水工程联合调度新规则。通过构建聚合水库联合调度模型,并采用基于遗传算法与逐次逼近法耦合的混合优化算法求解,最终确定最优的联合调度方案。模拟结果表明,在满足各用水户用水需求的前提下,联合调度方案的实施对水库下游河流水体的水质改善效果显著。
The operation efficiency of reservoir group in Liaohe River Basin is low without considering the ecological water supply . Combined with the diversion project in planning ,the text has put forward a new rule of ecological joint control between reservoir group and diversion project .By using the GA-POA optimization algorithm to solve the newly-built operation model ,the optimal joint operation scheme has been obtained .The simulation result shows that the improvement of water quality is remarkable .
