基于Workbench的水轮机轴疲劳寿命分析 被引量:10

摘要 水轮机轴是水轮发电机组的关键部件,它在运行过程中承受交变应力的作用,由此产生的疲劳破坏问题会造成很大的安全隐患。以某混流式水轮发电机组为例,利用ANSYS Workbnech对水轮机轴进行了静力学分析,在此基础上采用理论方法对其进行了疲劳强度校核,并用Workbench中的疲劳分析模块对其进行了疲劳寿命分析。结果表明,水轮机轴疲劳安全系数大于许用安全系数,疲劳寿命为无限寿命,能够满足机组安全运行要求。疲劳分析方法对深入开展关于水力机械的疲劳问题研究具有一定的参考价值。 Turbine shaft is a critical component of hydraulic turbine-generator unit ,and it bears alternating stress during the actual operation ,which will cause fatigue failure and potential safety problems .This paper takes a Francis turbine-generator unit as an ex‐ample and uses ANSYS Workbench to make a static analysis of the turbine shaft .Then the turbine shaft's fatigue strength is checked with theoretical methods and fatigue life is analyzed with the fatigue module of Workbench based on the static analysis .The results show that the turbine shaft's fatigue safety coefficient is greater than the allowable safety coefficient ,and its fatigue life is infinite , which means the turbine shaft can meet the safety running requirements of unit .The fatigue analysis method used in this paper has a reference value in the further research on the mechanical fatigue of hydraulic machinery .
