中小河流治理重点县项目绩效评价方法探究

Probe into the Small and Medium-sized Rivers' Key County Project Performance Evaluation Method

通过浙江省中小河流治理重点县综合整治和水系连通(以下简称"中小河流治理重点县")项目绩效评价,对中小河流治理重点县项目绩效评价方法进行探索与思考,将模糊综合评价法应用到中小河流治理重点县项目绩效评价中,并在应用中结合实际情况对部分考核指标的评分标准进行修正。

Through Zhejiang Province＇s small and medium-sized rivers governance key county comprehensive improvement and water system connecting （hereinafter referred to as the“small and medium-sized rivers key county”） project performance evaluation ,this paper explores and considers the performance evaluation method of small and medium-sized rivers key county project ,the fuzzy com‐prehensive evaluation method is applied to small and medium-sized rivers key county project performance evaluation ,and the scoring criteria of some indexes is corrected by combining the actual conditions in application .
