摘要
民生科技主要指以科学技术发展为基础,结合民众切实生活需求,提高民众的生活水平,以改善民众生存条件为目标,实现民生与科学技术的统筹发展。在考察民众对民生科技发展期待基础上,分析了影响民生科技发展需求的推动力和拉动力相关因素,构建了以政府行政干预、市场机制调节为主导的民生科技发展运行机制。
People＇s livelihood should be on the basis of science and technology development. Combined with people＇s needs of real life,improve people＇s living standards and living conditions as the goal,realize the development of science and technology as a whole. Based on examining of people＇s respect for science and technology of the people＇s livelihood,this essay analyzes the elements of impetus and constitution of needs which influence the development of science and technology of the people ＇s livelihood,and builds an operation mechanism which regards the regulation of the government administrative intervention and the market mechanism as the leading factors.
