农村社会法治化建设是经济发展、社会稳定的基础,当前河北省的城镇化水平不断提升,但城乡间发展仍然有较大的差距,所以有必要对农村基层治理法治化的现状和存在问题进行客观分析,探讨进一步加强和改进农村基层治理法治化建设的措施。

The rural social construction of rule of law is the basis of economic development and social stability. The level of urbanization in Hebei province is rising, but there is still a large gap between the urban and rural development, so it is necessary to carry out an ob- jective analysis of the status quo of rural grass-roots governance and the existing problems, to further strengthen the construction of rule of law and improve measures of the rural grass-roots governance.
