摘要
设计了一种高压平流泵耐压测试和流速自动测量装置,研究了泵耐压的测试方法,考察了泵流速、备压管长度对结果的影响。结果显示,适当、逐步地提高系统的流量,并选择合适长度的备压管,可以使系统的压力平稳达到泵耐压极限,由此可以对泵的泄露和泵耐压进行检测。
A device was designed to test the performance of the high-pressure advection pump.The influence of pump flow and length of thedamper tube were discussed.The results showed that the pressure of the system could approach the maximum of pump by choosing suitable flow and damper tube length,and the pump pressure and leakage could be tested.
