摘要
文章采用质性研究方法,通过对南京电大开放教育5名辍学者的访谈调查,较为深入地了解了其辍学原因、学习动机、辍学过程中的心理体验及今后的求学打算,并尝试从为学习者提供更具人性化的学习支持服务、搭建有效交流的平台、建立和完善合理可行的复学机制等方面进行了对策性研究。
Adopting qualitative research method, this paper attempts to draw some countermeasures from the aspects of providing learners with more personalized learning support services, setting up effective communication platform and improving the reasonable and feasible mechanism of reentry to school through interview investigation for more in-depth understanding of five dropouts from Nanjing Open University about the causes of their dropping out of school, their study motivation, their psychological experience during the process of dropping out of school and their future plan for schooling.
