莱宾斯坦企业家理论述评

摘要莱宾斯坦认为,市场是不完全的,企业无法实现成本最小化,存在X低效率。在减少X低效率方面,企业家的作用表现在两个方面:一是对低效率企业的直接影响;二是作为一个竞争者的间接影响。他不仅强调企业家才能的重要性,而且认为企业家是可以选拔和培养造就的。
