摘要
阐述了由贵州川恒化工股份有限公司自主研发的半水物湿法磷酸工艺技术,与现有各种湿法磷酸生产工艺技术比较,该工艺流程更加优化、合理,操作控制更加简化稳定,从而可以获得较高的磷收率对反应原料的适应性较强,系统清理堵塞周期长,生产效率高,能有效的提高装置的运行能力,从而获得良好的工艺控制指标和经济技术指标。
The in-house hemihydrates wet-process phosphoric acid technology developed by Guizhou Chuanheng Chemical Co.,Ltd. is described. Compared to various existing wet-process phosphoric acid technologies,this technology is more optimal and reasonable,and the operating controls are more simplified and stable,so that it can achieve higher phosphorus yield and better adaptation to the feed,the system plugging cleaning interval is long,the production efficiency is high,which can effectively enhance the plant's operatability,and achieve excellent process control figures and economic and technical figures.
