摘要
焚硫炉出口的1 000--1 050℃高温二氧化硫炉气,经余热锅炉冷却至420--440℃后入转化器。针对硫磺制酸装置中热副线阀易坏的特点,总结了在大装置硫酸生产中延长热副线阀使用寿命的方法。在实践中不断探索,设计出一种结构合理的热副线锅底形座板阀,对阀板结构、保温结构、升降转轴结构的优化等方面进行了试验和推广应用,对热副线阀使用寿命短的难点问题提出了有针对性的解决方法。
High-temperature SO2 at 1 000 ~ 1 050 ℃ from the sulfur burner is cooled down to 420 ~ 440 ℃ via the waste heat boiler before entering the converter. For the fact that the hot sideline valve in the sulfur-burning sulfuric acid plant is prone to damage,this article provides a summary of methods to extend the service life of the hot sideline valve in the large sulfuric acid plant. Through learning in the actual application,a pot-bottom-shaped seat valve is designed which comes with a reasonable construction. Research and application are carried out for the optimization of valve plate construction,insulation construction,lift rotary shaft,and solutions are proposed for the difficult problem of short service life for the hot sideline valve.
