Cold-formed thin-wall steel multi-storey residential building is a new type of assembled green residential building. Although specialized technician and research and development of self-supporting materials were insufficient, a set of national and provincial governmental documents, such as Evaluation Standard for Green Building and Standard for Assembly Buildings were implemented. There are abundant supply of high-quality steel products, effectively improving people＇s knowledge about steel structure building. Such kind of multi-storey building has high general benefits and huge development potential.
