摘要
苏宁广场项目地上部分由1栋商业裙房,1栋公寓式酒店、2栋住宅楼组成,其中商业裙房南北侧中庭上空两块现浇混凝土梁板结构距地下室顶板面27.3 m高,属超高支模,设计施工方案为满堂式脚手架支撑体系和混凝土整体浇筑,对高支模区域后浇带做优化设计,并在混凝土浇筑前后对架体进行多方位检测,确保施工方案安全可靠执行。
The over-ground part of Suning Plaza is composed of one commercial podium building, one apartment hotel and two residential buildings. There are two pieces of cast-in-place concrete beam and slab structure over the atrium at both south and north sides of the commercial building 27.3m high above the basement roof. Highly-supported formwork was required in the construction. Full-hall scaffold supporting system and once-piece concrete casting were adopted in the construction design. Postcasting belt of the highly-supported formwork area was optimized and the supporting scaffold was carefully inspected, to ensure the reliable and smooth implementation of the construction scheme.
