集中供热分布式变频泵控制系统节能实测分析 被引量:3

摘要 针对传统间接供热一次网系统存在能耗高、水力失调严重和安全性差的现状,将一种新型的分布式变频二级泵控制系统在供热系统节能改造工程中应用,通过对其系统节能改造前后的跟踪监测效果分析,结果为年采暖季节气率提高了7.32% 9.37%,管网系统节电率达到27%左右,节能效果显著. The primary water system of traditional indirect heating has high energy consumption, severe hydraulic disorder and poor safety. Our company self-developed new type of distributed variable frequency pump control system in the heating system, tracked the field measurement, makes energy saving in the heating system for engineering application. Test and analyze the distributed variable frequency pump control system before and after the modification in the large district heating system. The results show that the distributed variable frequency pump control system makes the whole heating system energy-saving rate increased by 7.32%-9.37%, and heating pipe network system power saving 27%.It is clear that the distributed variable frequency pump control system has obvious energy saving effect.
