摘要
以青岛海洋科学与技术国家实验室西区三期工程为例,综合考虑缺少市政配套、容积率低、场区地热能丰富等项目特点,提出了四种冷热源方案。结合大型公建项目的共性及本案特殊功用,构建了含四个准则、七个评价指标的层次分析法(AHP法)评价体系,并应用AHP法对4个方案进行了综合评价。结果显示"地埋管式地源热泵+螺杆式电制冷+燃气真空热水锅炉"的冷热源方案在经济性、技术条件、环境影响及社会效益四个方面综合评价优于其余三个方案,可用于工程实例。
Taking the third phase project of the National Laboratory for Marine Science and Technology Qingdao, China (known as MNL) as an example, and considering the features of the project such as lacking municipal facilities, low plot ratio, abundant geothermal energy, four options of cooling and heat sources are proposed. Combined with the common features of large public buildings and the special function of MNL, build the AHP evaluation system which includes four norms and seven evaluating indicators and evaluate the four options. The result shows that the option "ground source heat pump+ screw compressor+ gas vacuum hot water boiler" is better than the three others in economic rationality, technical feasibility, environment protection and social benefits, which can be used in the MNL.
