摘要
植物细胞质雄性不育是广泛存在于高等植物中的一种生物现象,利用CMS系及其恢复系,在育种上存在巨大的应用价值。不同的分子标记技术已被广泛应用到植物的CMS研究中,从而发掘与CMS密切相关的细胞质基因。同时,利用分子标记辅助育种开发与恢复基因连锁的分子标记,对提高育种效率有重要意义。本文就分子标记技术在植物的CMS研究进展进行概括论述。
Cytoplasmic male sterility is one of the biological phenomenon widespread in higher plants. Using CMS lines and its restorer lines has a huge application value in breeding. In order to excavate the cytoplasm genes that closely associated with CMS, different molecular marker technology has been widely applied to CMS studies. At the same time, using molecular-marker assisted selecting technology to exploit the molecular markers which interlock with the restoring genes, has an important significance to improve the efficiency of breeding. This paper summarized a review focusing on the progress on molecular marker technology in plant CMS.
