Taking Advantage of Resources in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Accelerate the Development of Modern Agriculture

根据京津冀地区现代农业发展存在的问题,结合农业发展现状,运用区域经济学的基本理论分析了京津冀的资源禀赋和比较优势,得出河北省在农业产业、农业资源及交通地理方面具有明显优势,而京津在资金、人才、技术方面具有明显优势。因此,为了发挥京津冀的资源优势,通过高校、企业开展人才、技术合作,建立京津冀农业发展共享平台,促进现代农业发展的规模化和市场化;运用现代科技提升农业的生态价值,加强农业资源和生态环境保护,成为推动京津冀协同发展的关键措施。

According to the problems existing in the modern agricultural development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, combining with current situation of agricultural development, and using basic theory of regional economics to analyze the resource endowment and comparative advantage of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. Through the analysis, Hebei has obvious advantages in the agricultural industry, agricultural resources and geography, traffic. Beijing and Tianjin have obvious advantages in capital, talent, technology. Therefore, in order to take advantages of the resources of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, we should develop cooperation of talents and technique through college and enterprise, establish agricultural development of sharing platform of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and promote the scale and marketization of modern agricultural development. Using modern science and technology improve the ecological value of agriculture,strengthen the protection of agricultural resources and ecological environment, and become the key measures to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
