Urumqi Urban and Rural Economic Coordinated Development Level Evaluation

以城乡统筹发展为主线,采用定性与定量分析相结合的层次分析法确定相关指标权重,对乌鲁木齐市城乡经济协调发展水平进行测度,旨在为乌鲁木齐市相关部门制定制订城乡统筹发展政策提供理论支持。研究结果表明,2006—2013年间乌鲁木齐市城乡经济协调发展水平总体上呈上升趋势,但仍处低水平状态;影响乌鲁木齐市城乡经济协调发展水平的主要因素有人均GDP、城乡居民收入比、城乡消费比、恩格尔系数等。

Based on urban and rural development as a whole as the main line, by adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the analytic hierarchy process（ahp） to determine index weight, related to measure of Urumqi urban and rural economic coordinated development level, to the city related department to provide theoretical support for the urban and rural development policy as a whole. The results showed that the Urumqi urban and rural economic coordinated development level between 2006 and2013, on the whole, is on the rise, but still low status; the main factors influencing the Urumqi urban and rural economic coordinated development level are： per capita GDP, than the income of urban and rural residents, urban and rural consumption ratio, Engel＇s coefficient, etc.
