摘要
为推动农业规模化、农民增收、统筹城乡和破解就业等难题的解决,本研究通过对比分析认为,发展农业职业经理人是现代农业发展的必然要求,并针对其发展中存在的问题和现代农业发展的新要求,提出队伍来源、培训内容、动态考核、扶持政策和人才市场等方面的思路和对策。
To solve the problem of how to promote large-scale agriculture, farmer's income, and employment difficulty, the result of comparative analysis showed that the development of agriculture professional managers is the inevitable requirement of the development of modern agriculture. In view of the problems existing during developing modern agriculture, some suggestion was put forward including the team sources, training content, dynamic assessment, support policies and the talent market.
