地方经济以及产业的发展与高等职业教育相互促进、相互制约,高职院校必须培养适应地方需要的专业技术人才。笔者以大庆市对园林技术专业人才需求为出发点,分析了大庆市对园林技术专业人才需求规格,以市场调研为基础,明确了具体的人才培养目标,科学制定了人才培养方案和课程体系,指出了具体的实施要求。
