摘要
冶金行业轧机油膜轴承需要的超高压润滑油是由静压泵提供的,超高压静压泵是一种三柱塞往复式定量泵,额定工作压力可达150 MPa,国内尚无超高压泵产品。针对现场要求,研制成功一种具有超高压、耐油、耐腐蚀、应用范围广等特点的新型静压泵,达到了相应标准的要求,可以进行通用性开发和推广。
The rolling mill oil film bearing in metallurgical industry need super-high pressure lubricating oil, which is provided by static pressure pump. The static pressure pump is a reciprocating piston crankshaft of three ultra high pressure pump, of which the rated working pressure can be up to 150 MPa. The domestic market does not have this static pressure pump. According to the working conditions, successfully developed a new type of reciprocating piston pump, which has the characteristics of high pressure, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, wide application range, and meets the standard requirements. So the newly static pump can be universal developed and promoted, and has very broad application prospects.
