摘要
在解读《国家学生体质健康标准(2014修订)》(以下简称《标准(2014修订)》基础上,针对实施过程中相关文件精神及体育锻炼激励机制理论,分析《标准(2014修订)》对学生体育锻炼习惯形成的"导向"、体育锻炼认识和兴趣的"诱导"、体育锻炼的"规范"以及产生效应的"适度"等4个方面作用,总结反思《标准(2014修订)》存在的不足,提出相应建议,以期在促进学生体育锻炼方面有积极作用。
