摘要
本文采用实验法对103名不同等级的亚健康大学生进行为期16周的健身气功练习,以探讨健身气功对大学生亚健康的预防和治疗功效。结果显示:实验后,对照组的总体亚健康情况未发生变化,而实验组通过健身气功训练对亚健康症状有显著改善。尤其是在躯体和心理亚健康方面的改善尤为显著;在社会关系方面虽有改善的倾向,但尚不明显。结论:健身气功属于中等强度的有氧运动,长期坚持练习对大学生亚健康的预防和治疗具有显著的促进作用。
In this paper, an experiment is carried out in which 103 college students at different levels of sub-health practice health Qigong for 16 weeks, to investigate the effect of health Qigong on the prevention and treatment of sub-healthy college students. The results show that, after the experiment, the control group's overall sub-health is unchanged, while the effect of health Qigong exercise is significant on sub-health symptoms in the experimental group; students' improvement in physical and psychological sub-health is especially significant and the tendency for improvement in their social relations is not obvious. The conclusion is that health qigong is an aerobic exercise of moderate intensity, which can play a significant role in promoting the prevention and treatment of college students' sub-health if it is insisted for a long time.
