摘要
针对当代大学生参加体育锻炼频率低,没兴趣的现象,从心理学中情境兴趣对个体兴趣的影响来分析和阐述这种现象。通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等研究方法,以西南财经大学参与素质拓展训练的大1、大2学生为调查对象,对学生参与素质拓展训练前后对体育锻炼兴趣的情况进行了调查与分析。结果表明,素质拓展训练作为情境兴趣对个体兴趣的提高起到了激发和传递作用,达到了预期的效果,为提高大学生锻炼的参与度寻找一种新的途径和方式。
In view of the contemporary college students take part in physical exercise frequency is low, the phenomenon of not interested, situational interest of individual interest from the psychology to analyze and expound the influence of this phenomenon. Through the literature material law, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics research methods, such as in southwestern university of finance and economics of freshman and sophomore in diathesis developing training students as investigation object, the diathesis developing training for students to participate in the situation of interest in physical exercise before and after the investigation and analysis. Results show that the diathesis developing training as a situational interest in improving individual interest had excitation and transmission effect, achieve the desired effect, in order to improve college students' exercise participation to seek a new way and method.
