基于校园文化高校排舞社团推广实践研究——以广州大学华软软件学院排舞社团实践为例

Study on University Campus Culture Dance Practice based on Community Outreach ——To Dance Community Practice of South China Institute of Software Engineering.GU as an Example

高校社团是高校高素质人才培养的重要活动群体,是学生步入社会的重要桥梁,对促进校园文化建设有着不可替代的作用。根据排舞的特点,通过构建社团活动文化要素,对社团个案实践推广进行研究,结果表明:(1)充分发挥高校社团优势,注重高校社团文化建设,是快速推广排舞的重要理念;(2)社团是高校推广排舞的核心力量,3个不同层次的社团文化对校园排舞的快速推广起到至关重要的作用,表层文化是推广的首要任务、中层文化是推广的根本保障、深层文化是推广的灵魂之匙;(3)排舞社团在提高学生主动参与意识,推动学生积极参与社团活动及课外锻炼,培养学生社交能力,推动校园文化建设上有着重要的作用。

The communities in Colleges are the important organizations to raise talents of high qualities. They are the bridges for students to enter the society, which play a vital part in building the school culture. Based on the features of line-dance, the factors to build school culture, the article studies the cases of community promoting line-dance. The results show that： 1, it is a fast way to promote line-dance to make full use of the advantages of communities and place emphasis on the construction of school culture. 2, communities are the key forces to promote line-dance. Three levels of school culture are the decisive factors to promote line-dance effectively. The first level is the basic duty to fulfill. The second level is the assurance. And the third level is the key. 3, line-dance community enables students to increase their sense of participation, encourages them to exercise more and improve their communicating ability, and consequently develop the school culture.
