类风湿关节炎膝关节置换治疗中施行整体护理的价值评析

目的探究整体护理在类风湿关节炎膝关节置换治疗中施行的价值。方法选取2011年1月至2015年1月我院收治的类风湿关节炎行膝关节置换治疗的患者32例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和整体护理组,每组16例。以术后并发症发生率、生活质量量表(SF-36)得分及患者对护理工作的满意度为评价指标。结果整体护理组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组;生活质量各方面得分及对护理工作的满意度均显著高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理在进行膝关节置换的类风湿关节炎患者中取得了满意的效果,可有效提高患者的生活质量,明显降低术后并发症的发生率,提高患者对护理工作的满意度,值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。

Objective To explore the overall nursing in rheumatoid arthritis of knee joint replacement in the treatment of the value. Methods January 2011 to January 2015 of our hospital 32 patients with rheumatoid arthritis of knee joint replacement therapy as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and the overall nursing group, 16 cases in each group. With postoperative complication rates, quality of life scale （SF - 36） scores of nursing and patients satisfaction as evaluation indexes. Results Postoperative complication rates overall nursing group was obviously lower than the control group; the quality of life scores and the nursing job satisfaction were significantly higher than that of control group, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Holistic nursing in knee joint replacement in rheumatoid arthritis patients obtained satisfactory effect, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients, significantly reduced the incidence ,of postoperative complications and improve patients satisfaction of nursing work, worthy of popularization and application in the clinical nursing work.
