眶爆裂性骨折眼球内陷的手术治疗体会

Experience of Orbital Blowout Fracture Operation Treatment of Enophthalmos

目的探讨眶爆裂性骨折眼球内陷患者的手术治疗方法以及临床效果。方法回顾性分析2010年1月至2014年6月本院收治的46例眶爆裂性骨折眼球内陷患者的临床资料。结果术后3个月33例眼球内陷基本矫正;13例明显改善;第一眼位复视基本消失18例,周边视野复视改善5例,复视不变5例。未发生感染、置入材料排出及移位等并发症。结论眶骨骨折所致后期眼球内陷畸形可通过骨复位及植骨的手段重建眶缘,修复眶骨各壁的缺损,缩小扩大的眶腔而得以有效矫正。

Objective To explore the orbital blowout fracture with enophthalmos operation methods and the clinical effect of treatment of patients. Methods A retrospective analysis of 46 cases of orbital in January 2010 to June 2014 year in the hospital treated burst fractures enophthalmos in patients with clinical data. Results After 3 months, 33 cases of enophthalmos basic correction; 13 cases improved significantly; the first eye diplopia disappeared in 18 cases, peripheral vision diplopia improved in 5 cases, unchanged in 5 cases with diplopia. No infection, implant complications such as discharge and shift. Conclusion Orbital bone fracture caused by late enophthalmos by bone reduction and bone reconstruction of the orbital margin means, to repair the defect of orbital bone of each wall, reduce the orbital cavity enlargement and can effectively correct.
