基层医院2型糖尿病患者胰岛素强化治疗方法与效果分析

Analysis of Effectiveness of Intensive Insulin Therapy for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus in Basic Hospital

目的探讨基层医院采用胰岛素强化治疗方法治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法收集80例初诊2型糖尿病患者,并随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组患者采用胰岛素强化治疗方法;对照组采用口服降糖药治疗方法。比较分析两组患者的降糖效果。结果治疗后,观察组的血糖控制情况要优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的血糖达标时间、低血糖发生率分别为(6.8±1.2)d、10.0%,明显低于对照组,对照组的以上两个指标结果分别为(10.3±2.6)d、37.5%;组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病,能够有效安全的降低血糖,改善患者的生活质量,该方法值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus by intensive insulin therapy in basic hospital. Methods 80 cases with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus were collected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, and each group had 40 cases. The cases of observation group were treated with intensive insulin therapy; the control group used the treatment of oral hypoglycemic drug. A comparative analysis of two groups of patients with the hypoglycemic effect of two groups were analyzed comparatively. Results After treatment, blood sugar control of the observation was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. In observation group, recovery time, the incidence rate of hypoglycemia were （6.8±1.2）d, 10%, which were lower than that of control group, two parameters in control group were （10.3±2.6）d, 37.5%; there was statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The type 2 diabetes is treated with intensive insulin therapy, which can reduce the blood sugar effectively and safely, and improve the quality of life of patients, and this method is worth promoting the application.
