摘要
目的探究心理护理对妇科恶性肿瘤患者的临床干预及效果。方法随机选取2012年10月至2014年7月在我院治疗的妇科恶性肿瘤患者62例,分成观察组和对照组,每组31例。观察组给予心理护理干预,对照组实施常规护理,对比两组的干预效果。结果两组患者的认知、情绪、角色和躯体功能无明显差异(P>0.05),实施心理护理干预后,治疗效果差异显著(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论妇科恶性肿瘤患者身心受到极大损害,在化疗期间为患者提供心理护理干预,可改善患者生活质量,值得在临床护理中推广应用。
Objective To explore-the psychological care of patients with gynecological malignancies clinical intervention and effect. Methods 62 cases of patients with gynecologic malignancies in our hospital from October 2012 to July 2014, divided into observation group and control group 31 cases, in which observation group were given psychological nursing intervention to implement routine care control group, the intervention effect of contrast between the two groups. Results Two groups of patients the cognitive, emotional, and physical function role was no significant difference （P〉0.05）, after the implementation of psychological nursing intervention, treatment difference was significant （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion Patients with gynecologic malignancies mind the great detriment, during chemotherapy for patients to provide psychological care interventions can improve the quality of life of patients, should be promoted in clinical care applications.
