本文回顾了8例成人肝移植术后细胞性移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)的临床表现,详细描述了此病的发病时间、发病特点、病程经过及预后,并介绍了本中心对GVHD患者的护理方法与经验,旨在加深对肝移植术后GVHD的了解。

This paper retrospectively describes the clinical manifestations of cellular graft-versus-host disease （GVHD） following adult orthotopic liver transplantation （OLT）, such as fever, rash, diarrhea, and pancytopenia. Furthermore, it details the features of this rare but fatal complication in first symptom, disease process, therapeutics, and outcomes. We also introduce our nursing methods and share the experiences, aim to enhenceing the understanding of GVHD.
