6-溴异香草醛的合成工艺研究

The research of synthesis process about 6-Bromoisovanillin

摘要 以藜芦醛为起始原料,经溴化反应后得到2-溴-4,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛,再用浓硫酸水解制得6-溴异香草醛,产品纯度达到99%,反应总收率为51%。通过元素分析、红外图谱以及紫外图谱对目标产物进行了表征。 Veratrylaldehydes as the starting material, 2-Bromo-4,5-dimethoxy benzaldehyde was synthesized by the bromination reaction; 6-bromoisovanillin was synthesized by hydrolysis of concentrated sulfuric acid. The purity of the product reached 99%, total yield is 51%. Structures of the compound was characterized by elemental analyses, IR and UV spectroscopy.
