摘要 提出了使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定铬矿中铁、铝、硅、镁、钙的分析方法。通过试验确定了熔样方法,仪器的最佳工作参数,分析谱线等。为了防止产生胶体,在测定时选用硝酸作为介质。使用铬矿国家标准样品(BGBW07201、GSBD33001.3)与待测样品同时操作后制作标准曲线。方法的回收率在99.1%~101.5%之间。用本法分析了铬矿标样(GSBD33001.2、Cr-2、72-Cr-01)。测定值与证书值基本一致,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于1%。 The simultaneous determination of iron, aluminum, silicon, magnesium and calcium in chromium ores by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was developed. The sample melting method, the optimal working parameters of instrument and spectral lines for analysis were confirmed through experiments.HNO3 was used as medium to prevent engendering of colloid.The calibration curve was prepared by simultaneous treatment of the national standard chromium ore samples (BGBW07201, GSBD33001.3)and the testing samples with recoveries of 99.1% - 101.5%. The above method was applied to the determination of standard samples (GSBD33001.2, Cr-2,72-Cr-01 ).The measured results were in consistency with the standard values and RSD(n= 6) was below 1%.
