摘要
利用北京市怀柔区汤河口尾矿库回采的铁尾矿为原料,通过加工、精准分离和无害化处理,采用硅酸盐矿物制备和纯化等新技术和关键设备,可将80%左右的铁尾矿制成建筑用砂原料、铁精粉、精制石英砂、高纯石英粉、高纯超细硅微粉、纳米Si O2、高纯黑云母粉、硫酸铝等产品,而剩余20%左右的无害化尾渣可作为原料用于生产纳米生态缓释肥料和纳米-亚微米生态修复功能材料。该项目的研究和实施,对促进发展循环经济以及节约矿产资源和保护生态环境,都具有极为重要的产业示范意义。
The preparation and purification technique of silicate minerals and key equipment are employed, in combination with processing, precise separation and non-hazardous treatment processes, to deal with the iron railings recovered from Tanghekou tailings pond in Huairou District, Beijing. About 80 % of the iron tailings could be treated into raw sand materials for constructions, concentrated iron powder, refined quartz sand, high purity silica powder, high purity and ultrafine silica powder, nano-SiO2, high purity biotite powder, aluminum sulfate and other products, while the remaining 20 % or so harmless residue can be used as raw materials for the production of nano-ecological fertilizer and functional materials of nano-submicron for ecological restoration. The study and implementation of the project are of great significance to the promotion of circular economy and mineral resources saving and protection of ecological environment, both of which have demonstration significance for the industry.
